What kind of presentation is needed in the CA exams?
Being an All India Rank holder myself in CA Inter examination in Nov-18, I can definitely say that Presentation of Answer in CA exams can actually be a very crucial factor for determining your chances of clearing the exam.
So here I am mentioning some key factors which I myself have tried in exams and should be included in the presentation of answers in CA exams:
1.Assume the invigilator knows nothing: Yes, assume your invigilator knows nothing about the question asked and feed into your mind that you have to write working notes/details of every small thing related to the answer.
2.Make Proper working notes: For every small working done you should make a proper and dedicated working note for it.
3.Answer what is expected from you: After reading the question make sure you prepare a small summary in your mind as to what the question wants from you.
4.Post Completion of Answer: Post completion of answer Make sure you read the last line of the question again in which the main thing is asked from you and go through the answer again and check whether have you satisfied what the question has asked you to answer. (I think this is really a good trick as the mind tends to get carried away while presenting the answer and we write everything in the answer except the main thing asked.)
5.Make trails: Try to answer the question in a people trail so that the invigilator is not looking here and there while checking the answer. A proper trail will help him to comfortably evaluate your answer thereby increasing your chances of high scores.
6.Minimize cuttings: Now this thing can be developed by proper practicing. Practice well to minimize cuttings in your answer sheets.
7.Last but not the least, try to present every answer in a beautiful and clear manner. This really helps to present your answers in a good way.
Try these habits and I hope they will help you :)
Good Luck!
